Note:

1. Transfer Fee: A handling fee of 75USD or 540CNY  will be charged for each transfer, and the price difference will be charged based on the new registrant's membership category.

2. Cancellation Fee: A handling fee of 100USD or 720CNY will be charged for each refund.

3. Registration Benefit:

3.1 Conference committee members and IET Blockchain Journal editorial board members (as listed on the official website, excluding speakers, single-day registrants, and student registrants) receive a 25% discount on registration fees. Each committee member or editorial board member may enjoy the discount only once.

3.2 Non-student attendees invited by conference speakers (as listed on the official website) receive a 25% discount on registration fees. Each speaker may extend this 25% discount to up to 10 invitees.
